Falling Workshop- Sport Climbing 10/05/25

£65.00

10:00-17:00

Many people feel held back while lead climbing, especially outdoors. In this workshop you will learn different techniques and mental strategies for managing fear when climbing. Our aim is to build confidence and empower climbers to push themselves when climbing in a way that is both fun and safe. We will not teach belaying from scratch, but we will provide tips and improve catching technique throughout the session. We will also look at fall practice, first on top rope, then on lead for those who are ready.

Through years of practical coaching and climbing experience, and growing expertise in sport psychology, we have developed many different methods and approaches to tackling this core element of climbing. We will help you find an approach that works for you.
