Helping you reach your goals
Getting a performance plan with us will give structure to your sessions, help you improve your climbing performance, and reach your goals
We will assess how you climb, your physical ability, tactics and psychological skills. This includes in-person observation by a technique coach; a set of physical tests supported by the latest in sport science research; and, psychometric tests of psychological skills and strategies.
You will receive a performance profile identifying your strengths and weaknesses relative to your goals. Based off of this, your coach will write a monthly plan for you, aimed at maintaining your strengths and improving your weaknesses relative to your goals.
We continue to support you and monitor your progress. We use your feedback and videos of your climbing to adapt your plan and make further improvements.
We offer a 20% discount on additional in-person technique sessions, outdoor coaching and in person or remote sessions focusing on psychological skills and mental blocks.
